At Quality Crew LLC, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We strive to deliver professional, high-quality window cleaning services every time. Please read our refund policy below.
1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the results of your window cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service.

We will gladly return to re-clean any areas you are unhappy with at no additional charge, provided the concern falls within the scope of the original service.
2. Refunds

Due to the nature of our service, monetary refunds are not offered once a cleaning service has been completed.

In cases of a legitimate service error or dissatisfaction, we will prioritize correcting the issue through a free re-clean.

If a re-clean is not possible due to scheduling or location constraints, a partial credit may be applied to a future cleaning at our discretion.
3. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

No fees will be charged for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $15 cancellation fee.

No-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in being required to prepay for future appointments.
4. Missed Appointments / No Access

If we arrive at your property and are unable to access the windows due to locked gates, tenant issues, or other obstacles, a missed service fee of $15–$25 may apply depending on the situation.

We encourage clients to ensure access and communication ahead of time to avoid any inconvenience.
5. Weather-Related Rescheduling

In the case of weather conditions that prevent safe exterior cleaning (heavy rain, storms, etc.), we will reschedule at no charge.
