1. What areas do you service?

2. Do you clean both interior and exterior windows?
Yes, we offer exterior-only, interior-only, or both interior and exterior cleaning. The best value comes from bundling both services together!
3. How do you price window cleaning?
We charge based on the number of panes and the service type. For storefronts, pricing typically starts at $6 per pane for interior or exterior, or $10 per pane for both. Custom quotes are available for larger or more complex jobs.
4. Do I need to be present during the cleaning?
Not necessarily. For exterior-only services, as long as we have access, you don't need to be there. For interior cleanings, someone will need to let us in unless other arrangements are made.
5. Do you offer recurring service plans?
Yes! Many of our storefront clients choose bi-weekly or monthly cleanings to keep their windows spotless. Let us know if you'd like to set up a recurring schedule and we can offer discounted pricing.
6. What if it rains on the day of my appointment?
If there's heavy rain or weather that makes exterior cleaning unsafe or ineffective, we’ll contact you to reschedule at no extra cost.
7. How do I pay?
You can pay by cash, check, or card. Payment is due the same day the service is completed unless other terms are agreed upon.
8. What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy, just let us know within 24 hours, and we'll come back and re-clean the area at no charge.
9. Do you carry insurance?
Yes, we are fully insured for your peace of mind. If you’d like a copy of our insurance certificate, we’re happy to provide it.
